Noah Bartholomew / Personal Trainer

Noah Bartholomew is a personal trainer with 12 years of experience serving the Renton Highlands and the Eastside. He believes that proper exercise and a healthy diet can not only improve one’s overall constitution, but boost one’s confidence as well. With a desire to help people from the local community to build healthy lifestyles and achieve personal fitness goals, Noah first opened the door to his Do Work Fitness Studio in October 2014 and has so far helped over 1,000 people with weight loss, performance training, and body transformations.

As a natural athlete, Noah’s background in fitness began at an early age and continued through his adulthood. He played football, basketball, rugby, and trained for track. He is also a fitness model for Nike and Adidas and has competed and won several Men’s Physique competitions. After years of fitness training, Noah has learned the science and the process of body transformation through exercise and eating right which ultimately leads to a healthier lifestyle and a better quality of life.

In his spare time and when he’s not working out, you can find Noah practicing Yoga, attending sports events, or catching a concert with friends.

Desean Harrell / Elite Master Trainer

DeSean is a elite performance coach with 13 years of experience serving the greater Seattle area. He’s passion to train is based upon the belief of improving ones overall healthy and wellness mentally and physically. He also has a greater passion to work with the youth.

DeSean’s love for fitness began at the age of 10. He is 2000 graduate of Hazen High school, where he played running back and Strong safety, ran track as a state qualifying sprinter also a state competitor wrestler. He earned All- conference honor as a three sport athlete. Desean graduated from college of the Redwood (California) with a Associated degree in general studies where he was a 2yr varsity football starter at defensive back (corner/safety) later moving on to Washington State University and graduating in 2005 where he played Strong safety for 2 years. He has been training for 13 years. He was awarded the number one trainer in the nation for 24 hour fitness in 2006, 2007 and 2008. He has also fitness model and competed in men’s physique.

In his spare time and when he’s not working out, you can find DeSean enjoying his children, hiking or enjoying/Attending an sporting event.
